Burglaries Continuing in Henley

On the night of the 3 December, unknown offenders broke into a Gainsborough Road property’s shed by breaking padlock, stealing garden and power tools.

On the 4 December between 00.00 and 03.40am, police spotted unknown offenders  loading a large quantity of toiletry gift sets into the boot of a red hatchback  outside Boots. Unknown offenders were challenged by officers but made off in car, and after a short car pursuit, managed to evade questioning and arrest. Upon returning to the Boots store the officers discovered the front door had been smashed in order to gain entry.

Between Friday 6 and Sunday 8 December a property in Greys Hill, Henley was broken into.  Offender(s) gained entry via a rear ground floor kitchen window and stole several electrical items including headphones and laptops.

On Monday 9 December between 7am and 8.40pm a property in Greys Hill, Henley was broken into.  Offender(s) have forced entry to a ground floor window and stole items including a laptop, Xbox 360 games console, TV and distinctive 3x5ft multicoloured crochet blanket.

Foam Fashion have reported that a number of items of clothing were stolen from their shop on the 1 December between the 12.45pm and 13.30pm. A laptop was also reported stolen from the store, and it is believed that this theft occurred at the same time as the clothing incident.

Three fragrance products were reported stolen from Space NK on the 4December between 13.40 and 14.40. Possible suspect described as male in mid 50’s with blue beanie, Breton hoody and grey hair. Means by which the suspect stole the products is unknown.

Stolen Vehicle

A black BMW 325 and other possessions were stolen from a property on Greys Road on the 4 December between 7.30am and 23.55pm, after unknown offenders gained access to the house via a kitchen window. The registration number of the vehicle is CVO6 RWX.
