Public Meeting of Townlands Steering Group Tonight (22 Nov)

TownlandsDesigns have been approved, planning permission has been given, a preferred bidder has been identified.

Who is now responsible for the project?
When is the contract to be signed?
What is the timetable?
Will those in charge continue to engage with the community?

There is to be a public meeting of the Townlands Steering Group in the Town Hall this Friday evening at 7.30pm to receive an update on progress.  It is anticipated that a representative of NHS Property Services will be present and will report on the project status.

There will be slots for public participation, so please come along and ask questions and/or give your views.
We hope these questions will be answered.

It is really important for those who are managing this project to understand that the town is 100% united behind getting the development started and insist that there be no further delays.

Please turn up and be seen and heard.

Dick Fletcher – Secretary
Henley Residents Group
