Henley U12 squad took a strong squad to the prestigious Windsor tournament on Sunday which contains 12 of the best teams in the South-East and once again came away unbeaten. Sadly a strong reputation ensures you a interesting draw and although winning four matches and drawing one out of five, with no tries conceded, and the only team not to lose a game, the third place spot was the highest the Henley team were allowed to achieve. This was though a standout achievement and the quality of the Henley play was at times a clear indication of their superiority at the Tournament. Determined tackling from Sam Quane and Morgan MacRae stood out in an incredible defensive performance by all and strong running by Jerome Rocks and Hector Elrington finished off high quality handling from across the backline. A great start to the new season.
