Local Singer to Turn Henley Pink

michelle-b-2Michelle B from Slough will be performing “in the Pink” at Henley Bandstand this Saturday (7 September) from 2-4pm. Michelle, 28, who is the supervisor at Lloyds Pharmacy at Farnham Common returns to the Bandstand after two successful appearances last summer.

As well as singing, Michelle will be collecting for the Macmillan charity which she has supported for many years. Last year she wore a Union Jack dress but this Saturday she is promising to turn Henley pink! Michelle will be wearing an amazing pink outfit and is promising lots of other pink surprises during the afternoon.

Michelle said “I loved performing at the bandstand last year where I made lots of new fans and I’m looking forward to seeing them again this Saturday. It’s also a great opportunity to raise money for my favourite charity”.

Michelle, who last year performed at Proms in the Park, will be previewing a few tracks from her upcoming album as well as modern pop songs and classics. People will be able to donate or buy Michelle’s DVD with all money going to charity.
